Ingredients

cream cheese,
softened at room temperature

pepper jack cheese,
finely shredded

(14 ounce)
can of artichoke hearts (not marinated),
roughly chopped

plain yogurt

sour cream

pickled jalapeño,
diced (can add more for a spicier dip)

garlic powder

serve with: corn chips or assorted fresh vegetables

Instructions
Add all ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Using a hand blender, mix at high speed for 1-
2 minutes
, or until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least
2 hours
to allow flavors to meld together.
Serve chilled with corn chips or assorted veggies.
Notes
Store leftovers in a tightly covered container for up to one week.
Serving size is a little less than 3 ounces or a ⅓ cup.
